The Chemical Engineering Students' Association (CHESA) for the academic year 2026–27 was inaugurated by Mr. P. K. Suresh Kumar, Senior Manager (Retd.), Udyogamandal, Eloor, Kerala.

The inauguration marked the commencement of a year of technical, academic and co-curricular activities aimed at nurturing leadership, innovation, teamwork and professional excellence among Chemical Engineering students.

The event also featured an insightful expert session on "Environmental Pollution Control in Industries", where the speaker shared practical perspectives on industrial pollution management and sustainable environmental practices.
