Annual Technical Fest

TVAKSHAS 2026, the annual technical fest of the Department of Chemical Engineering, provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their technical knowledge, creativity and problem-solving skills.

The two-day event featured technical competitions, exhibitions, project demonstrations and interactive sessions, encouraging innovation, teamwork and healthy competition among participants from various institutions.

CHRONOQUEST was one of the signature events of TVAKSHAS 2026, designed to challenge students' process engineering and innovative thinking.

Teams selected a waste material and proposed a value-added product by developing a complete process flow diagram and constructing a miniature process plant model using readily available materials.

Participants presented the manufacturing process, process layout and product feasibility before a panel of judges, showcasing their understanding of chemical process design, sustainability and practical engineering.
