ANNUAL REPORT 2021-22
In 2021-22, NCC cadets engaged in diverse activities and was one of the golden years of KGPTC NCC cadets. We all know that June 5 is observed as the world Environmental day. On that day, we all gathered and planted trees, in the college compound. Apart from this, on World Blood Donor day, we conducted a campaign for blood donation. We mainly focused on physical fitness, directed a yoga class and all cadets participated very well. India celebrated her 75th Independence Day on 15th August 2022. We all attended parade and the Principal hoisted flag. On Gandhi Jayanthi, we cleaned the campus and Kozhikode South beach. To inspire the cadets, we conducted an interaction session with ex-UO Jeslu Hairs. Cadets achievement is the major thing that was mentioned in the history of NCC KGPTC-SGT Varsha G.S. for winning silver medal at all Kerala Inter Group Firing Competition SUO Ardhra E.K, CDT Kiran S.R, CSM Sajitha.P.C were all selected and successfully completed EBSB camp. On Re-public day, we attended parade and flag hoisted by Principal Suresh Kumar.J.S. An adventurous trekking was conducted by ANO Lt Ashraf Koroth to Brahmagiri Hills, Thirunelli, Karnataka Boarder on 12th January 2022. Puneet Sagar Abhiyan was conducted on 4th April 2022. All cadets attended Puneet Sagar Abhiyan.
The Academic year 2021-22 was a year of Achievement and a Sense of pride for the NCC Team at Kerala Government Polytechnic College, West hill, Kozhikode, under 30 Kerala Battalion NCC, Calicut Group.
